    This site is designed in accordance with JIS X 8341-3:2016 — the Japanese Industrial Standard “Guidelines for Older Persons and Persons with Disabilities – Information and Communications Equipment, Software, and Services – Part 3: Web Content,” which provides guidance for ensuring accessibility for persons with disabilities and the elderly. Efforts are made to comply with the requirements of this standard to the greatest extent possible.
    In addition, the site is planned, developed, and operated in accordance with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications’ Guidelines for the Operation of Public Websites (2016). Continuous training of staff and adherence to operational rules are emphasized to maintain and improve web accessibility.
